Great location, close to the spa and easy access to the town. the staff were very helpful and welcoming. the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.

The room was in poor condition with dated furnishings and carpets. the room was not cleaned during our stay and the thermostat couldn't be adjusted.

The service was impeccable, from the warm welcome drink to the assistance with tours and tickets. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating to keep us cozy, a terrace to enjoy the views, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. We also loved the dining options, from the delicious breakfast to the poolside snack bar and special diet menus. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The leisure facilities were exceptional, with a spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, jacuzzi. We were able to relax and rejuvenate in the spa lounge, pamper ourselves with body wraps and massages, and take in the breathtaking views from the rooftop pool and sun terrace. The heated swimming pool and sun loungers in the garden area were also a nice touch. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
